This material from the UK is an example of practice guidelines for responding to Dementia. Some schools are focusing their teaching of practice around the use of practice guidelines, which are a key element in evidence based practice, especially when there is not a cohesive manualized approach to a treatment but there is a sense of best practice. I offer this as just an example of practice guidelines for a complex problem.
