Also, please note that on January 17, as part of the IASWR Preconference sessions at the Annual Conference of the Society for Social Work and Research (SSWR) meeting in Washington DC, from 1:30 to 3:00, one of the offerings will be Partnerships to Integrate Evidence-Based Mental Health Practices into Social Work Education and Research: Next Steps. This session will summarize NIMH’s April 12th workshop to develop strategies to accelerate integration of evidence-based mental health practices into social work practice via academic programs and promote discussion on next steps including the development of strategic partnerships.
